You don’t have to keep fighting who you are.

Therapy for

ADHD &

Neurodivergence

You’ve spent your entire life trying to fit in, and nothing has seemed to work.

Feeling different from everyone else isn’t new to you. Growing up, you felt isolated from your friends at school. Even if you got good grades, it was always at the expense of staying up late and pushing yourself hard. Only the things that interested you the most came easily; everything else felt like an uphill battle.

Your mind never seems to stop going. You overthink, forget things, lose track of time, or feel stuck when you’re trying to start something important. Sometimes you’re incredibly productive. Other times, it feels impossible to focus at all.

And underneath it, there’s often anxiety and shame—constantly trying to stay on top of everything so nothing falls apart, and feeling bad that you can’t seem to get it right.

You’re tired of feeling like you’re the problem.

Does this sound familiar?

You might be…

→ Feeling overwhelmed by simple tasks or decisions.

Overthinking everything and still missing details.

→ Feeling angry by injustices of the world that no one seems to be doing enough about.

→ Dealing with a never ending anxiety that keeps your thoughts spiraling.

Together, We Can Change That

Therapy can help you better understand yourself, and accept yourself fully.

Therapy for ADHD & neurodivergence isn’t about trying harder or “fixing” you.

Most of my clients with ADHD or neurodivergent traits have already tried that. They’re intelligent, capable, and highly motivated—but stuck in cycles of shame, guilt, and frustration that don’t respond to more pressure or discipline. In our work together, we step back and look at how your brain actually functions—how you process information, regulate emotions, and respond to stress. From there, we build strategies and insights that are designed for you, not against you.

I integrate holistic ADHD-informed therapy, EMDR therapy, and nervous system work to address both the practical and emotional sides of what you’re experiencing. That means we’re not just working on focus and follow-through—we’re also addressing the sadness and self-doubt that often come with feeling misunderstood for so long.

Over time, the goal is for you to feel less chaotic in your mind, more confident in how you operate, and more capable of following through in ways that feel sustainable to you.

Therapy can

help you…

    • A big part of this work is shifting out of self-criticism and into self-understanding—so you can rely on yourself without constant second-guessing.

    • Instead of swinging between overworking and shutting down, we build more consistent, sustainable ways of functioning.

    • When your brain is constantly running, it’s hard to feel settled. We help calm the underlying nervous system patterns driving that sense of urgency.

FAQs

  • No. Many clients come in unsure whether they have ADHD or just relate to certain traits. We can explore that together and focus on what’s actually impacting your day-to-day life.

  • Yes—but not by trying to “fix” your brain. Therapy helps you understand how your brain works, build strategies and systems that fit you, and reduce the emotional overwhelm that often makes symptoms worse.

  • That’s completely okay. You don’t need to use that label for this work to be helpful.

The goal isn’t to put you in a category—it’s to understand how your brain works and find approaches that actually fit you. Whether or not you identify as neurodivergent, the work is about helping things feel more manageable, consistent, and aligned with how you want to live.

You can stop working against yourself.
