Hi, I’m Emma—an Austin, Texas-based therapist providing holistic online therapy for men, women, and LGBTQ+ folks who are tired of feeling guilty, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves and the world around them. I specialize in helping people experience regaining control of their lives by overcoming challenges with learning to say no, prioritizing themselves without feeling selfish or worrying about what others think of them, and talk to people without breaking down. I work with professionals, high-achievers, and people-pleasers who have spent years carrying the emotional weight of complicated and dysfunctional family dynamics and the pressure to always be “the strong one.”
